LICENSE AGREEMENT

NOTE: All references to "CacheSentry" apply to and only to version 1.60 of the
software. This document does not apply to any other version.

NOTE: All references to the "installer file" refer to both the .ZIP
archive installation and .msi installation.


FOR END-USERS: CacheSentry is freeware to end-users.

FOR FTP SITE OPERATORS: CacheSentry may be included on an FTP site free of
charge provided no monetary charges to persons downloading the software are
applied, and the installer file is kept intact and unaltered as it was downloaded
from EnigmaticSoftware. If there is some question as to the origin of a CacheSentry
installer file to be included on an FTP site, please visit the EnigmaticSoftware website at
http://www.enigmaticsoftware.com and acquire a replacement version directly from there.

FOR CD-ROM DISTRIBUTORS: CacheSentry may be included on CD-ROM distributions
free of charge. The installer file must be kept intact and unaltered as it was
downloaded from EnigmaticSoftware.

FOR OEMS: CacheSentry may be pre-installed on any system provided the
documentation is installed in its original form along with the executable
programs. The installer file need not be included, though a backup of the software
package given to the end user receiving said system is recommended. The backup
may be stored in any archive format the OEM wishes.

FOR BUSINESSES AND PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS: CacheSentry may be installed on any
number of machines free of charge. It is not necessary to keep a copy of the
installer file intact on those machines. If you prefer, CacheSentry may also be run
from a single machine off a network and shared across multiple machines, free
of charge.


FOR ALL PARTIES USING AND/OR INSTALLING CACHESENTRY IN SOME FORM:

Although technical support will likely be available, no support of any kind
(technical or otherwise) is guaranteed. Installing this software or including
it on CD-ROMs, FTP sites, OEM systems for mass distribution, or workstations in
a business implies you understand that technical support may not be readily
available.

All copyrights to CacheSentry are exclusively owned by EnigmaticSoftware and/or
it's author, David Pochron.

CACHESENTRY IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED. YOU USE CACHESENTRY AT YOUR OWN RISK. ENIGMATICSOFTWARE, CACHESENTRY'S
AUTHOR(S), NOR ANY OF ENIGMATICSOFTWARE'S EMPLOYEES WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA
LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR
MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer, transfer the licensed program, or
any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.
Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination
of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by EnigmaticSoftware and/or
CacheSentry's author, David Pochron.

The terms of this license, as well as the CacheSentry features and interface
design are subject to change in future versions.

If you fail to comply with the terms of this license, the license is
automatically and immediately terminated. You then must immediately cease use
of the product and remove the CacheSentry files from your system's storage
devices.
